This policy covers the websites and products of Neu Digital LLC ("we", "us"), including neudigital.co and ovenplan.com.

What we collect

What you enter into our tools. For example, the menu, guest count and serve time you enter into Oven Plan. We use it to generate your result and do not keep it after your request is complete.

Purchase information. Payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. They collect your name, email, payment and billing details. We receive your name, email, order details and license key so we can deliver and support your purchase. We never see your full card number.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the service.

On your device. We store your license activation in your browser so you don't have to re-enter your key. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

How we use it

To provide the products you bought, verify licenses, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run our products: Lemon Squeezy (payments and licenses) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for licensing, support, accounting and legal requirements. Tool inputs are not retained.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@neudigital.co. Our products are not directed to children under 13.
