Refund Policy

If a Neu Digital product doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions required.

How to request one

Email support@neudigital.co with the email address you used at checkout or your order number. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is processed.

Timing

We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Your bank may take several more days to show the credit.
