These terms apply to products and websites from Neu Digital LLC ("we", "us"), including ovenplan.com. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Its checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Your license

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own, non-commercial use. A license key may be activated on a limited number of devices. Please don't share, resell, or publish license keys, or attempt to bypass licensing.

Using our tools sensibly

Our tools give general planning guidance. Cooking times, temperatures and quantities are estimates; ovens, equipment and ingredients vary. Always use your own judgment and follow food-safety guidance, including checking that food reaches safe internal temperatures. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our products running but can't guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue products. If we discontinue a paid product within 12 months of your purchase, we will offer a refund.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
